The concierge mission is to offer personalized guidance, privileged information, and assistance that exceed the unique expectations of the hotel's guests.




Job Purpose

Responsible for the smooth arrival and departure of guest's luggage and running of all Hotel transportation. Management of guest requests through the department.




Skills / Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in a Concierge position in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar field.
  • Good knowledge of local area preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of second language preferred.



    Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a concierge guidebook including local attractions, transportation facilities, theater, dining and entertainment.
  • Maintain constant communication with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the lobby is kept in an orderly fashion and main entrance is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure all guest mail, faxes and messages are delivered to the room promptly and a record is kept of all deliveries.
  • Oversee the logging of all faxes and luggage delivered to rooms.
  • Ensure all dealings with guests meet hotel operating standards.
  • In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
