Employee Benefits

We are proud to offer one of the best benefit packages in the industry—not just in Miami, but anywhere in America. We believe it is just as important to take care of our employees as it is to take care of our guests. After all, a 5-star hospitality career is deserving of a 5-star benefit package.

Health Insurance

Healthcare costs can be a major burden for some families—especially if they are uninsured. Our employees are happy to know they have outstanding insurance options to keep them protected. You and your family will be eligible for health insurance after 90 days of employment. There are 3 options to choose from, depending on your specific needs. All of them offer low premiums (via payroll deduction) and high quality of benefits. All of them also include complimentary dental and vision insurance.

Life Insurance

What would happen to your loved ones if the unfortunate happened? By being an employee at The Setai, you can ensure they would be taken care of in such an inopportune situation. You will be eligible for basic life insurance after 90 days of employment. This insurance is provided by The Setai free of charge. You also will have the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance, as well as coverage for your spouse and children.

Disability Insurance

If you get injured and can't do your job, disability insurance can help you keep paying your bills. You will be eligible for short-term disability coverage after 90 days of employment, which is provided by The Setai free of charge. Managers are also provided with complimentary long-term disability coverage.

401(k)

Because your future security is important to us, The Setai offers a 401(k) plan along with a company match that is second-to-none in our industry.
