The Setai Security Department is dedicated to ensuring that all guests and employees experience a genuine sense of safety and security due to the presence of trained security personnel and their prompt and professional response to security concerns and requests.

Job Purpose
Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the Setai Resort and Residences.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years security experience in a luxury hotel and condominium environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Valid Florida Security license.

• Report to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform.
• Man the Security Control Station and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the security of the guests, residents and property.
• Dispense first aid as required and keep a log of all first aid cases and supplies provided.
• Assist with review of closed circuit camera footage.
• Communicate incidents to security supervision.
• Assist Events and Banquet employees with the supervision of large events.
• Assist employees, residents, and guests during evacuations and other events as directed by hotel Safety Committee.
• In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Supervisor or Director.
