Mission Statement
The Setai Security Department is dedicated to ensuring that all guests and employees experience a genuine sense of safety and security due to the presence of trained security personnel and their prompt and professional response to security concerns and requests.

Job Purpose
Responsible for the management of the security operation for the hotel and residences and the communication of the department to hotel management, external parties, and guests whenever possible.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a security management position in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Valid Florida license.

• Ensure employees report to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform.
• Recruit and train employees in accordance with hotel guidelines.
• Direct and supervise Security Officers on a daily basis.
• Complete security incident reports as needed, ensuring all incidents are handled in a professional manner and efficient manner as well as conducting proper follow up to cause the least amount of inconvenience to guests and/or residents.
• Ensure all incidents are accurately documented and filed.
• Oversee Security department in the absence of the Director and Assistant Director of Security.
• In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Director.
