The Setai Valet was established with the goal in mind to provide a superior valet service with a focus on guest relationships and extraordinary customer service. The Valet department offers a secure and professional arrival service.

Job Purpose
The valet attendant is responsible for ensuring a gracious and efficient sense of arrival at The Setai for guest and residents. Vehicles must be carefully and efficiently parked and retrieved as requested by the guest and residents. Keep and maintain all surrounding areas clean and organized at all times. Seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and building relationships.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Full clean driving license.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• Report to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform.
• Greet all guests arriving at the hotel or residences.
• Open car doors and provide valet parking tickets.
• Process payments as directed by the Manager.
• Update guest's and resident's CRM as appropriate.
• Assist door employees when appropriate.
• Maintain all valet areas clean and organized.
• Attend all handover or lineup according to your schedule.
• In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
