Job Purpose
Responsible for the management of the valet service provided to hotel and residences guests on arrival.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management position in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.


Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure employees report to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform.
  • Recruit and train employees in accordance with hotel guidelines.
  • Direct and supervise Valet Coordinators and Valet Runners on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all employees greet guests arriving at the hotel or residences in accordance with hotel guidelines.
  • Prepare the weekly schedule for employees.
  • Receive and handle all guest concerns and complaints.
  • Attend weekly managers' meeting.
  • Attend pre-event and B.E.O. meetings as appropriate.
  • Process and disseminate communication from hotel valet employees.
  • Maintain resident vehicle lists.
  • Process payments and produce financial reports pursuant to agreement.
  • Assist security with incident reports as appropriate.
  • Coordinate prompt and efficient response to vehicle damage and all other claims with the hotel and claimant.
  • Communicate valet CRM updates to Front Office Manager.
  • In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
